EMA Expo 2025 is being held at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the picturesque Pioneer Valley. Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn. is about an hour away from campus. Logan International Airport in Boston is about a two-and-a-half hour drive away. Other airports within a couple of hours of Amherst include Green Airport in Providence, RI, Manchester Airport in Manchester, NH, and Albany International Airport in Albany, NY.

Hotel UMass
Hotel UMass is located on the campus on UMass Amherst. Rooms at Hotel UMass are available April 27 – May 2. Click on the button below to get the EMA Expo rate.
When you arrive on campus, park in the Campus Center Parking Garage. Get a ticket on the way in and park on the second level of the garage. Walk onto the concourse via the hallway and the elevators to the third level, which is the hotel lobby. Hotel UMass does offer unrestricted in/out parking to all guests for $6 per night. The garage restriction is 7’2″. If you are driving an electric vehicle, there are nearly a dozen charging locations on campus. Visit the Chargepoint website for more information.
Accessible rooms are available. For more information about the physical features of the room you can call (413) 549-6000. Pets are welcome for a one time $50 pet fee. The hotel will not charge a fee for service animals. Complimentary continental breakfast is available to all guests from 7 – 10 a.m. Guests will have access to the recreation center and campus pool.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Hadley Amherst
Rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton have been reserved April 27 – May 3. It is about a five minute drive from the Expo location. Click on the button below to get the EMA Expo rate. Complimentary self-parking is available. Accessible rooms are available. Pets are allowed for a non-refundable fee. The fee is based on how many nights you are staying. Free hot breakfast is available. Amenities include free WiFi, in-room kitchen, EV charging, fitness center, and indoor pool.
Explore Amherst
New England Today Travel has named Amherst as the number one college town in Massachusetts. Along with UMass, there are two other colleges in town, Amherst College and Hampshire College. Downtown Amherst and its shops and restaurants are just a short walk from campus. Bus routes and bike trails can also get you where you need to go.
Take a hike! Mountain trails surround Amherst. Visit Amethyst Brook or Mount Holyoke Range State Park to take in the gorgeous views.
